High school is just around the corner, and now is a great time to get some extra support with maths.

For many children, there are gaps that appear around this time from previous years that make the end of primary school really stressful, especially in maths. Unfortunately, the classroom setting is not ideal for kids who need foundational instruction that will fill these gaps while also progressing with grade level material. At Infinite Solutions, I will make sure your child is “high school ready.” This means a crash course in some of those fundamental skills (think fractions, decimals, times tables, and number sense) that may be holding a child back from his or her full potential. Teaching with empathy and going at a pace that promotes understanding rather than memorisation will ease anxiety and set your child up for success.

For some kids, school may not be able to offer enough of a challenge. Sadly, when this happens, boredom sets in and the love of maths begins to fade. This type of student needs to be engaged at a level that matches their own skill. At Infinite Solutions, I’ll meet your child exactly where he or she is, and move at a pace that is both accessible and challenging. This “sweet spot” makes learning exciting and fun, and fosters a love of maths that will be sustainable and enjoyable.
